Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation & Refunds Policy:

We understand that your travel plans may change, and we have designed our Cancellation & Refunds Policy to provide flexibility for our customers. You are allowed to cancel your booking within 2 calendar days from the date of booking and apply for a refund. To initiate the cancellation process, you need to submit your Token Invoice Number generated during the booking process on www.bigdaddycars.in.


Refunds:

Once we receive your cancellation order, we will verify and inspect it. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment and notify you via email provided during the booking process. You will receive the full credit amount within 30 business days after confirming your cancellation. Please note that presenting the original receipt, original Debit/Credit Card, or other proof of purchase is mandatory for processing the refund.

Instances where cancellation is not allowed:
You will not have the right to cancel your booking if any or both of the following instances hold true:

Cancellation request made after 48 hours of booking
Failure to present the original receipt, original Debit/Credit Card, or other proof of purchase.

Disputes:

Any dispute regarding the Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be subject to the decision of the Sole Arbitrator appointed by Big Daddy Cars Pvt Ltd, and the territorial jurisdiction shall only be in Delhi.
